As we all know in this pandemic many more thing changes. Now a days we all are use to of technology like most of the people do work from home, also there is online education is going on. But the question is Can students develop themselves through online education?
I am the student of Nilaya ICATS pursuing CAFM course. Usually everyone like to do offline things it could be offline work or offline classes or anything. As like everyone I also like physical classes or physical work. There are many benefits of offline education. In physical classes we can meet other people, we can share our thoughts easily, we can also do outing with our friends and the main thing we can easily concentrate on our study. There is one to one connection with teacher which is really important for student.
But because of this pandemic all our study is converted into online mode. when our sir decided to conduct online classes at that time everyone got confused that how we can manage with this online education. No one had any idea about this online education. In initial stage not only for me but also for teacher it is very hard to adopt this online system. At the beginning there was only one way communication between teacher and student. Because of this one way communication no one can concentrate properly on study but Some days later our teacher took effort and make sure that everyone should participating in
the class. Sometimes they use google to show us many more things about the topic which give us practical knowledge.
Online activities like group discussion, debate, sharing our experience were conducted and that helped everyone to improve their communication skill and confidence. Online mock interview sessions taught us how to be presentable in online interview. In future many more things will be shifted towards online mode. Most of the companies will take online interviews so this mock interview session will really help us at that time. I really appreciate my teacher for taking such efforts.

- Also I learned how to connect with people without any physical presence
- This pandemic also taught me how to accept and adjust with sudden change
As per my conclusion there is a possibility of development in student through this online education but for this everyone just need a good guidance and support
